I’ve been callin for 2 weeks now everyday to get my sons 1 year exam scheduled and haven’t got an answer at all the longest I sat and wait on the phone was about a hour very disappointing
I’ve been on the phone for 40 minutes and it’s Thursday. No one has taken my calls
I love taking my kids to FHP Peds. They are always so welcoming and helpful with all our needs.
We have seen several providers here and they have ALL been wonderful. We regularly see Dr. Lieb for well-baby care and she is always so helpful. I really appreciate that the visits never feel rushed. As a new parent I have a lot of questions and she is always thoughtful in her responses and makes it easy to ask more. One thing she always says that really stands out to me is, “tell me what you’re noticing,” which I LOVE.
Both my children see Dr Brunner and she is amazing! One child is special needs and Dr Brunner always gives us her full attention each visit. In addition any time we need a LMN, she gets it done in a timely manner. In addition any time we have had a sick child and needed to see another provider, they have been great.
