The pediatric department has the worst phone system, I have on multiple occasions driven from North Pole all the way to Fairbanks on hold then am able to go into the clinic before anyone answers the phone! Completely unacceptable.
My wife and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this OB clinic. We scheduled an appointment three weeks in advance, taking time off from work to attend. Upon arrival, we were informed that they had tried to call us to reschedule, but we were in flight and missed the call. However, they made no further effort to contact us via email or other means. Dr. Wappett and his nurse, Ginger are an amazing team. Dr. Wappett truly listens and has a reassuring, calm demeanor. I would absolutely use him during my next delivery and recommend him to any family and friends.
