I had such a pleasant experience here from scheduling to check out. I recently established care with FNP Wendell, and it was such a relief to finally feel heard and understood by my provider. He truly listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained my care plan, and made sure I knew what the next steps would be if my symptoms didn’t improve. His clarity and compassion were very much appreciated. The MA who started my appointment, McKayla, was also a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and really helped me feel at ease.
TVC Family Medicine front office staff were friendly and welcoming. Alexis did my intake and was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Kaufman is a fantastic doctor. So intelligent! She is extremely thorough and listens to every concern I had. I highly recommend this clinic.
I’ve always had a great experience at family medicine. Myself and my family have seen multiple providers. Highly recommend!
