I love seeing Dr. Fig. All the staff and providers are exceptional to work with. I would highly recommend Family Medicine to anyone looking for a PCP.
This review is specifically for Daniel who is at the front desk & answers calls for the Family Medicine office! He is ALWAYS consistent with a smile, sincerity, accuracy, Amazing attitude & willing to help. I feel that he Absolutely, Genuinely cares for my family & our specific needs. He has gone Above & Beyond Every Single Time!!! He is Definitely an Asset to your team & I hope that he is just as appreciated on your end & will receive acknowledgement & compensation that is Well Deserved
Until Chernich comes back this place will only be 1 star! Did not know chernich left she was the best doctor i ever had period. Called to get script refilled but won't send them! All my medical stuff is noted now have to find new doc and go through all the xrays and Mris again thanks tvc!
I called in to book an appointment a a nice man with a pleasant southern voice answered he was very helpful and helped me get my dad in. The process was smooth and The staff is very nice and Dr. Ake has worked well with dad.
The doctor arrived so late. Our appointment was at 4:15pm. The doctor arrived 5pm. But, that’s not my main complaint. They once canceled my appointment for being only 10min late. And now the doctor is arriving almost 45min late. And scheduled me after 2months. This is really unfair policy and that should change.
