My son was seen in urgent care. We had a great experience with the doctor he saw (not dr sterdivant) but the MA was awful and when sent to chest xray the lady was so rude. We used to LOVE TVC but now it's just turning into an uncaring and unfriendly environment. I've heard this a lot lately from others but would've refused to believe it until today. Time to switch clinics
Just switched to TVC this year. Biggest issue is unacceptable wait times for telephone assistance. Just waited 30 minutes to talk to an advice nurse. Similar experience eveytime I call. Also having trouble getting refill requests taken care of in timely fashion. Medical care has been very good.
If it's anything like the Salmon Creek location go anywhere else. A random homeless guy would provide cheaper and better advice and probably know how to bill insurance better.
The doctors and nurses at the Battle Ground TVC are a great group of care givers who sincerely care for their patients.
