UPDATE: It has now been over several months since I first made this complaint. I first sent the complaint around September 19, 2024, and the TVB USA team finally contacted me back by email in October ONLY after I reached out through WhatsApp, of which I had to wait several days for a reply since they basically read my message but did not bother responding, causing me to have to reach out again. Recently, I have been unable to view programs on my TVBAnywhere App. I e-mailed them about the question, and they did ask me some questions about what device I was using and the model number and things like that, so I thought they were going to get to the bottom of this and solve the problem quickly.
