If there was a way to give no star a I would. This was the most terrible service I have ever had. I purchased a dryer made certain requests known i.e did they have a vent (so I would know if I needed to buy one) that the dryer was down stairs etc. The guy got here and was clearly upset that he didn't have help. And I dont have the cleanest house but I cleared a path so that he could get through. I have been working with TV Time Appliance for just over a year. LeAnne who is typically my point of contact is very friendly, knowledgeable and always prompt with requests. We have developed an excellent working relationship, and from my seat as a maintenance coordinator who oversees over 500 properties, I depend on vendors who deliver trust worthy and reliable services/products! I also would like to point out that the communication is excellent! Highly recommend!
Been using these guys for almost two decades now! True to their word! And saying a lot these days!
