It is as good as new
This repair shop is the only one which I can recommend. I had a defective LCD screen on my television and I have to bring it here for repair. After just a couple of days, it is as good as new.

I was having trouble with my TV and called THREE different repair shops in the Cedar Park area and the first two I called wanted $95 to walk in and analyze the problem. The THIRD phone call was to TV Stereo Clinic and John asked me to unplug my cable box....wait a couple of minutes...plug it back in and see if that was the problem which I did and that was the problem. John saved me $100 just by asking a FEW questions. I would call TV STEREO CLINIC in a heart beat if I had any problems with my TV.
This guy knows his stuff. He always makes it right.
DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE – WENT THROUGH THE PHILLIPS MANUFACTURER FOR OUR TV THAT IS UNDER WARRANTY TO GET REPAIRED. THEY RECOMMENDED TV STEREO CLINIC AND WHEN I GO TO CALL THEM THEY REFUSED TO WORK ON OUR TV AND TOLD ME TO GO ELSE WHERE. SO I AM TELLING ALL YOU PEOPLE TO GO ELSE WHERE TO GET YOUR TV FIXED IF YOU NEED IT, CAUSE THIS COMPANY MIGHT REFUSE YOU TOO! COMPANIES SHOULD NEVER REFUSE BUSINESS!!!

we asked the customer to bring in his tv for service but since he lived in marble falls, we do not provide in home warranty service. phillips warranty requires the customer to bring in the tv for service. we are the only service center in the austin area that will do business with phillips.
GOT THE NEW VIRUS ON MY LAPTOP / BROWSER HIGHJACK – I have been in the electronic hi-tech field for a long time and can usually find virus on any computer but not this one.
My internet browers were completely locked out because of this really nasty virus.
The tech at HDTV Clinic cleaned the laptop, still had all my programs and data........wooo hoo. Love these guys.

My experience using TV Stereo Clinic – My 51 inch Sony Projection TV decided to fail ~6 months after the extended warranty we purchased expired so I began calling the local repair shops. I talked to 5 of them and after describing the problem and telling them I was out of warranty 4 of them either could not get the parts or wanted to charge between 5-600$. Honest people, great service – These guys repaired my computer in at the front door on a lunch break in less than 5 minutes. Wow
They don't Show Up – They came out and charged $350.00 to repair my tv. Looks good but later I found out they did not connect the front av connection when they put the front back on. Now I am waiting for them to come back. Called on Monday and it is Wednesday now.
