Still in a state of flux on a warranty repair. I took a TV in during November of 2013 and it's now 2/3/2014, and it was not looked at until 1/7/2014. Every time I've called they said someone is working on it "now." Parts took a month to arrive, and I have not had one phone call telling me the status. I have had to initiate each and every call. The lady at service acts defensive when you ask the status. The part they ordered and arrived today did not fix the problem, so I now have to wait at least another weak just for the pa... read more

Unbelievable knowledge and good prices! – These guys really know their stuff, and even if they don't have what you want, they'll find it for you. Great prices and can usually find a great solution for you. I'll go back again for sure.

No longer the "TV Specialists"... too bad... – I have been to TV Specialists a few times over the years and have left feeling frustrated and somewhat angry. I feel that the salespeople are only interested in selling certain products that I am sure pay them a higher commission and when questioned about other products, I am told that in their "humble opinion", they just aren't worth buying. If that is the case, why do they sell them? I get the feeling there that they don't want to be bothered unless you plan on spending top do... read more

These Guys know what they are talking about – I have shoped at most electonic places and one thing that I find that is the same at every one of them is that the people that work their usually aren't very knowledgeble about what they sell. I was surprised at the level of customer service that I recieved at TV Specialists, but more than that (as I excpect good customer service anywhere I shop) The level of knowedge that the salesmen I talked to had was amazing, He actually knew what he was talking about and was able to answer ... read more

RUDE & SLOW Service – If you like watching your 9" for THREE weeks while your 32" is getting repaired, this is the place. Show Room - Before picking up my T.V. from the repair center I stopped in the sales room to ask a few questions regarding SONY vs SONY XBR. I understand the basics I need specifics. I was spoken to as though I were an idiot. He appeared to be annoyed I even aked him a question.
