I’ve been going to them for awhile. I do wish they could do a bit more experimentation with their designs as far as that goes but not a deal breaker for me. I think I’ve only had one bad experience when someone who I think was new did my nails wrong and they messed my dip nails up but then they did correct them. But overall I’ve had a pretty good experience, they’re not badly priced but I always tip extra, they’re always open to walk-ins and they are very friendly and it’s nice to have a local shop open. My daughter is currently in her room crying over her nails. She wasn't given a chance to speak and say what she wanted. They were trying to cater to way too many people at once. Her nails are too short, uneven and mis-shapen. We will NEVER go there again. The only reason a tip was given was because the female worker attempted to fix what was so badly done by "John".
