It's a tech issue. I'm sent a link to access a program grid I paid for, and the grid is blank. I've called 3 different times, and the clerks apologize and send me new links, which are also blank. Last time, I asked for a supervisor. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I think TV Guide has no intention of completing my phone call. The service was nice while it lasted. Now it's bogus twaddle.
