T&V Automotive Concepts is a great place to have your car serviced. Very fast and affordable mechanical service. The shop manager, Jimmy is a really trustworthy and nice guy. They also do New York State vehicle inspections.
I have been taking my car to them for a few years now, I have trusted them...but I noticed the last two times I dropped my car off, they put 30 miles on my car. When I asked today, I was told they need to make sure everything worked OK. I have never heard of a shop taking a car out for a 30 mile test drive. And they cleared the trip gage, which makes me feel they were trying to hide it. Absolutely no reason for a 30 mile test drive. Lost a customer today.
T and V is by far the most honest and easily the best mechanic in the area. Jimmy is such a great guy to deal with and he’s always so honest and cares about making his customers happy! Couldn’t ask for a better place with amazing customer service!
