A long-time local favorite, "Tuzzio's" is a family-owned restaurant, originally established in 1965 by Margaret & Joseph Tuzzio as the "Silver Dollar Bar". After ten successful years, their son Joe took over and transformed the bar into "Tuzzio's Italian Cusine" a full-service, family-style restaurant. Shortly after that, Joe expanded their services again to include a thriving catering business!

meatballs! This is such a local diner's treat! I love the meatballs and the spinach lasagna.
Great Italian – Authentic, old-school Italian. Pasta is cooked to order, sauces are home made. Each portion could easily feed two people. A hidden gem.
Ya Gotta Love the Red Sauce – Home of the antipasto house salad for one that feeds four. Veal picata, veal parmigano, shrimp scampi...like'a mama makes. The place is crowded with regulars, who come back week after week cause the foods sooooo good. Pleasant bartender, beer on tap, lots of smiling faces, and nobody goes home hungry. A hop, skip and a jump from Monmouth Race Track (if you're into the horses).
