No help at all, waste of time.
Dr. Laura Chisick saved my life. I was bedridden off and on for eleven years. She ran some tests and they came back clear, quickly realized it was a medication that I had been taking since 2007 that was mis-prescribed by a doctor at another clinic. I tapered off of it and am living my best life!!
My experience at Tuxedo Family Medical has been nothing but wonderful. I think the office manager, receptionists, nurse and Dr. Bradshaw are kind, compassionate and polite. I have a chronic condition and have regular appointments which are always on time. Dr. Bradshaw has no hesitation to schedule tests or referral to specialists, A+ The negative reviews stump me. I called on Jan 7, 2025 to make appointment. The reception booked me 10:20 am Jan 17, 2025 with Dr. Bradshaw. But when I showed up at clinic for the appointment. They told me I don’t have appointment, and they don’t see my booked appointment on their computer . I showed my phone call history record the day I called them and asked who answered my call, they said they all picked up the call and said again they don’t see my appointment … this is not the first time to happen. Terrible staffs!!!
* DO NOT RECCOMENED TO ANYONE* I've been a patient of Dr. Bradshaw since I was 16. I am now 32. In this time I've felt when I have minor issues such as a sore throat she is exceptional and quick, when trying to address serious issues such as my feet turning purple(brushed off and dint even look at them) and never coming back to normal color, lumps in my mouth and asking to be looked at for oral/throat cancer I am dismissed.
