What started out to be a great experience turned out to be really bad! Bob seemed extremely nice and competent but turns out he is neither. Large wedding party and nearly everyone had at least one serious issue with the tux. Even though Bob measured us personally months in advance nothing was right. The "tailoring" consist of tucking huge amounts of material inside and putting very visable hems on both the pants and coat sleeves. Horrible – Went for tuxes for my friends wedding. All the groomsmen had a problem with their outfit. The quality of the clothes is terrible. Some were ripped, stained, and didn't even match and a lot of the buttons were barely hanging on.. They rush you so fast during the fitting that i walked out with a jacket that was too small and they could do NOTHING for me to exchange it. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Great Shop – Our daughter's wedding was great. The Tux Club played an important part in this special event. Bob did everything that he possibly could to make the measuring, fitting, pickup and return easy for all of us. He worked above and beyond to assist me in an already stressful time. I have not worn a tux in a very long time. You must keep in mind that these are rentals. I found that the Tux Shop offered a much better quality than I have experienced in the past. All of our thanks to Bob & his staff.

The Best service over the years – Bob and the tuxedo club have been great over the years... my brothers and i have been renting tuxedos from Bob since our junior high dances at finn hill thru high school dances at juanita. i just recently got married -Aug 2009 and once again Bob delivered as always! some of the write ups forget to inform you that the Tuxedo Club has the best customer service, merchandise and prices around! Great Service and large selection. – I've done business with Tuxedo Club for the past 4 years. From occasional use, to my wedding and my son's proms. Bob (the owner) is always helpful and goes the extra mile and will do his best to help you out. I'm happy with the service and flexiblity and it is why I keep going back.

WARNING!!!! BACK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE – First they got all the measurements wrong, and they blamed us. Second they overcharged us for suits, and they blamed us. Then when we asked them for our money back they yelled and screamed, threw stuff in our direction, and got in our face in front of other customers. Probably the worst place I've ever dealt with in my life, and if you don't believe me then take a chance and see for yourself. Good luck staying in Business Tuxedo Club.

Unorganized, unorganized, unorganized – This was the worst experience I've had renting a tuxedo. You would think it would be easy, but nope. Sizes that were turned in months earlier did not translate to the right sizes in the actually tuxedos. Several members of our bridal party had to return several times to the correct size. The man person in charge was rude to the bride when she was trying to return the tuxedos. The list of negatives can go on and on. Good luck if you decide to use this business.

**Worst Experience Ever** – When the week of the wedding came around all of us came 6 days before the wedding day to pick up our tuxes. None of the tuxes fit and they had to re-measure, they told us the tux would be ready the very next morning. The next morning came around they told us again they won't be ready until the following day. Finally 3 days before the wedding all of us came to pickup the suits but none of them fit STILL!!! Friendly, Efficiant and Satisfying Service – Bob, the owner of the store knows what he's doing. My boyfriend has extremely long legs and a small pecs little tummy complex, Bob was able to coordinate a classic yet contemporary look; an Oscar de la Renta Tux, that flattered and excited my boyfriend and was approved by my fashinista sister, my picky mom and matched my prom dress perfectly.
