The reviews on this place are quite inaccurate from my 5 years here. I was treated for my allergies with pollen along with animal dander. 2 shots almost every month for 5 years. While the results vary per person. My spring allergies were very bad where I was constantly having to blow my nose, but now every spring I can enjoy the beautiful weather without issues. STAY AWAY - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE I took my kid to Lai for her allergies, but after just three sessions, I switched allergist. Now with comparisons, it quickly became clear that Lai’s medical knowledge and recommendations were wayyy outdated. Our new allergist has my kid on a new program designed to help her outgrow her allergies, something that was never offered or even mentioned by Lai—and now she’s improving dramatically! Dr. Lai is extremely knowledgeable. He made the testing comfortable. It was quick and efficient. He gave us really good directions and information on what was happening and how to deal with all the symptoms that have been occurring. Also, the staff was super friendly, and we left feeling great about our visit.
VERY POOR SERVICE! PEOPLE SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Unprofessional, my schedule was 8:30 and moved to 8:50 as they were not ready and still no doctor is available, no one can tell when the doctor is coming of he is even coming. Waited for an hour for nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Book your appointment somewhere else. Front desk told me the doctor is just downstairs preparing for the test after 30 mins he said the doctor is just on his way to the clinic!! No work ethics.
The reception and assistants were very nice and polite, they were patient and helpful. They explained the wait times and helped reschedule different family members appointments without any trouble. Dr. Lai on the other hand is rude and demeaning. It embarrassing for a doctor to be so comfortable with making patients feel inadequate. He was really disappointing, he lacks empathy and will speak to you as if you have no understanding of what’s going on in your own body.
