For many years, the formal attire department at Brides & Belles of Tyler shared the same physical space for 29 years at our original location on South Broadway. When we had an opportunity to acquire a new space in the Bergfeld Shopping Center to showcase our Prom, Pageant & Ladies Formals as well as offer Tuxedo Rentals, Tux & Prom @ 101 was born. Today, my daughter and I stopped by this store. We were not approached or asked if we needed help by any of the staff. Shortly thereafter, a young woman came with her prom dress in hand and inquired with a staff member about the possibility of altering it. The staff member assisted her by recommending an alterations specialist. I let the young lady know that I had knowledge of someone who could assist her. It took me a while to locate the number. My daughter and I shopped there on Monday and had the BEST experience. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and had the best customer service. Barbara was wonderful and so helpful! She made prom dress shopping a breeze and so easy! We will absolutely recommend and would shop here again. It truly was a memorable experience and they took all the stress out of shopping for a dress.
Would love to have been able to actually try on dresses. Sorry I missed your tiny sign saying you are closed with all the cars in the parking lot and your door unlocked. Hope your commercial is as horrible as your attitude when you told us you were closed.
Barbara was so helpful and so sweet. She sold me my dream dress and went above and beyond to help me. She also recommended multiple places where I could get alterations done. Loved my experience!
We had a “prom emergency “ and had To buy a new dress the day before the prom. Barbara was an absolute joy to work with. She was attentive, sweet and friendly and most of all, kept the dresses coming until we finally found one! 10 out of 10 would recommend. This place is definitely a hidden gem!
