My car is squeaky clean
We had a 3 car subscription for the last couple years but after the following events scratches on the back of my 4Runner broken lights on the front end of it and the last one the car wash popped out and broke the center caps on my factory wheels after seven phone calls to the district manager. I had a horrible experience at Tux Car Wash on Baymeadows. I was charged for a service I didn’t receive, and when I went back to address it, the manager didn’t just dismiss my concern — she flat out lied and claimed I had gone to a different location, which is completely false. I showed my bank charge and clearly stated it was this exact location. Rather than helping resolve the issue, she became rude, combative, and unprofessional. The employees are wonderful. I got the premium wash, and it was spotless when it was done. Highly recommend.
