Thieves! I cancelled my membership immediately after the first 2 washes. Vacuums were never working properly so they had shop vacs and no availability to towels. I canceled my membership with the manager but my mistake was not getting something in writing proving I canceled my membership because they proceeded to keep charging me for months. I went around 3:30pm on a Wednesday. My car was squeaky clean after. Brittany was very helpful and went way out of her way to be of service. She helped me with my mats. Then with air freshener. She made the whole experience better. Thank you
I hated this place. I bought a membership and every single time It would not read my tag correctly. Everytime I showed up they had to come out and type my name in and they would make me back up like 5 times And pull forward. Very annoying. I told the guy my issues. He said that happens a lot here. And the washer thing sounds like it's scraping my car when it's going over. Very unhappy all around. I don't recommend this place
