Tuvy has a phenomenal character that isn't always seen these days. As a fellow customer, he saw me searching for something at Home Depot. I reluctantly replied to his questioning of what we were trying to do. Tuvy gave his personal info right away (not appearing to scam) so I got my husband on the phone and we all chatted a bit.
