Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Marciano was very disappointing. His bedside manner was poor and the overall visit felt very dismissive. I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment, yet still waited an hour and a half to be seen. While I completely understand that doctors can run behind occasionally, a 15–20 minute delay is understandable, but waiting over 90 minutes without any communication is unacceptable. so, i waited a while to write this review because i debated on whether i should or shouldn’t but decided to because other parents should be aware of how awful this office is. my daughter is now 16 months but when she was just shy of being one month old, Dr. Marciano had told me she had no gallbladder and would most likely need surgery before hitting the two month mark in order to “correct” this and that is was FATAL. Amazing doctor! Met him the other day with my daughter. Dr Marciano has a wonderful bedside manner. He did not rush us and answered all of our questions.
