Rated a 5. However, not sure what happened this time. Surgery had to be rescheduled from 9/16 to 10/28, due to graft not arriving by 9/16. We have prior commitments in Nov. so I am going to have to reschedule yet again to mid Nov if possible. I normally have great service from everyone involved from beginning to end. I feel like someone dropped the ball somewhere. Your facility and staff are normally spot on.
