I love Tutu and so does every single person I know who goes there. I have referred many people- family, friends, etc. Specifically for eyebrow wax, tints, and hair. Not one person I know has since gone elsewhere. I have now been getting my eyebrows done by her for over a decade it seems, and she has gotten them perfect since day 1. I showed her one picture, one time, for reference, and she's never disappointed since. She is also affordable and talented.

I am in to the shop Friday June 20 this was my first time there .to get my eyebrows waxed and they are uneven very upset.

RUINED MY HAIR. She was very unprofessional, booking people more than she can handle. She left the bleach on so long as she was so busy running around, completely ruined my hair. My hair was BURNT. I asked for honey blonde with highlights and she gave me over bleached uneven gray blonde with BLUE TONE on my scalp that wouldn’t come out.
