Denied a restroom for a woman who is 7 months pregnant as we stood in line waiting for boba shop to open. They really couldn't have cared any less.
Not sure what is going on with this salon, but, I made an appointment for 12 noon on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026 with TuTu to have my hair colored. I showed up 10 minutes early & the door was locked. I called TuTu's number & received her voice mail. I left her a detailed message asking her if I made a mistake on the day or time. I waited until 12:30, thinking maybe she was late gettig back from running an errand or from lunch. No one arrived to open the salon at 12:30pm. I am in disbelief at this time. This salon is always neat and clean. Owner, Tutu, is the consummate professional who's highly skilled and most creative. Always up-to-date with current trends. I'm proud to be her walking business card the last 13 years. I highly recommend this well-run salon without reservation. It's top notch and affordable.
I love Tutu and so does every single person I know who goes there. I have referred many people- family, friends, etc. Specifically for eyebrow wax, tints, and hair. Not one person I know has since gone elsewhere. I have now been getting my eyebrows done by her for over a decade it seems, and she has gotten them perfect since day 1. I showed her one picture, one time, for reference, and she's never disappointed since. She is also affordable and talented.
I am in to the shop Friday June 20 this was my first time there .to get my eyebrows waxed and they are uneven very upset.
