I was in office within the grace period there were patients in front of me . They said well that is part of grace. If I could I would give 0 stars. I will never go back.Patients come first I know that . It isn’t my fault they took a a bit to check out so I can check in.i waited 4 months for appointment.
The office staff at Celebration was rude and cold. Dr Cheng was very nice at first, but after surgery on my face and nose her answer to everything was no. I needed lidocaine cream to have the stiches removed and the Dr was rude to myself and my daughter saying I had anxiety and no cream was needed. I was in severe pain. I had 2 surgeries with her and it was left to fend for myself afterwards. I had a huge deformity on my nose and Dr cheng refused to do reduction surgery and dismissed me as a patient. Dr. Cheng just performed my penniculectomy. She was informative, thorough, and highly skilled. These reviews that are less than 5 stars do not impress me. The majority of them speak to her lack of bedside manner or her perceived rudeness. Neither of which I experienced. I truly have to wonder if she would have been given the same feedback were she a male surgeon. Please consider her for your needs as she was phenomenal and I have zero complaints. Thank you for the amazing work Dr. Cheng.
Omg I am amazed Dr.Cheng is so sweet, gentle, humble and overall amazing After receiving news I have breast cancer her staff made me feel loved their customer service is over the top. Thank you for your dedication
