Mike Buljak is one of the more rude people I have dealt with. I returned some coolant and they couldn't give me cash back so they said they would mail me a check. No big deal. The check never was delivered for whatever reason. They reprinted a check and I completely forgot they wanted me to come pick it up because the first one never made it.
