Tried to purchase a baler part, but the partsperson who answered the phone could not help me. They had another person call me back to try to help me, and even sent me a picture of the item they found, which was wrong. I sent a picture of the part I needed and have not heard back in over a week. You asked.
We highly recommend this place and reaching out to Tre! Tre Watts helped us purchase our Polaris. We called him late in the day and he had them all cleaned and ready for us to test drive when we got there. He was very knowledgeable and when we were ready to purchase it didn’t take long at all.
