Been almost two months for some letterhead and envelopes - still waiting. Ordered some custom two color letterhead and envelopes January 25th - it's March 14 and nothing so far. I called in to inquire February 14 about the status of my order - was promised shipping within a week. I know I'm not you biggest costumer, but this pace is ridiculous. I worked at Tuttle for over 15 years. I retired last year. My father passed away recently, and I needed a photo to go on an altar during his memorial service. I asked Anna Maria if the graphics dept. could help me with this. She said, "Yes, of course!" I immediately went down there, and Natalie and Tom helped me with this project.
