It’s best to just drive in for service or parts. They don’t answer their phones
I will never come here again. I will drive or tow my car to another location before I bring it back here. I took my Jeep in because of wobble when the car reaching speeds of 60mph. My car is under factory warranty. I got my car back after 4 days. Now the car drives worse than before. As soon as I hit any small bump my car looses control. I called the service department and my advisor says that the technician recommends me changing out the tires. Outrageously expensive and very poor customer service. Apparently no need to be outside to answer questions.
Wish i could give negative 4 stars. I dropped off my 2023 ram promaster 3500 for a warranty with the truck only having eighteen thousand miles on it and the rear breaks were shot. Ok they said they would take care of it. I get a call 3 days later saying my van was too big and they cant even lift it to get to working on it. They waited 3 days to tell me they cant work on it?!?
