I will never come here again. I will drive or tow my car to another location before I bring it back here. I took my Jeep in because of wobble when the car reaching speeds of 60mph. My car is under factory warranty. I got my car back after 4 days. Now the car drives worse than before. As soon as I hit any small bump my car looses control. Outrageously expensive and very poor customer service. Apparently no need to be outside to answer questions.
Wish i could give negative 4 stars. I dropped off my 2023 ram promaster 3500 for a warranty with the truck only having eighteen thousand miles on it and the rear breaks were shot. Ok they said they would take care of it. I get a call 3 days later saying my van was too big and they cant even lift it to get to working on it. They waited 3 days to tell me they cant work on it?!? I am writing to express my deep frustration with the service I received at your dealership. I had scheduled an appointment for service and recalls on my 2021 Dodge 3500 dually with 33,000 miles. I arranged for a ride home and took time off work to drop off my truck. Upon arrival, I found a truck blocking the entrance to the service area and no staff available. Came in today for an oil change at 11:45. Parked in the Fast Lane oil change line. No service advisors anywhere to be seen. Walked inside. Spoke to Eric who advised me that lunch time is not the best time to come in for an oil change and then proceeded to completely ignore me for the next 5 minutes as I stood at his service window.
