Dropped off at 7am to get rear brake pads, car didn’t even get touched till 11am, refused to put new brake pads on my car and didn’t do anything. Car was there till 2pm. Owner is rude and so is service manager. I see why nobody comes here. Rude staff, rude owner and rude techs. Fast service and very friendly in and out in a hour
Bad attitude from service.
quality control is awful. customer service is significantly lacking. after servicing the window, the door panel was not replaced. customer service told me this is something i must specifically ask for.
The service department for mechanical repair is the worst department I have ever dealt with in 40+ years of driving Fords. I even sold 1 of my trucks (F150) so I do not have to even think about patronizing the SJC location as much. There are too many instances of concern to mention. I could mention 4 lengthy instances but will spare you the time. Fool Around with this dealership and you will Find Out.
