Overall the service was better than most Ford centers. I do belive that when someone comes in with a vechice under warranty. It has a issue they should provide rental at drop off, not after it is put in line to be seen. Waiting for diagnosis should not be th clients problem. If it is a recall and issues under warrenty it should be automatic rentals If needed. We shouldent have to have brought in our Auto twice for recalls with in a year and not get a replacement car during diagnosis. If I recevied a rental it would not inter... read more

Good service overall. Kerby, the service manager, did a great job communicating and got me a rental car since my vehicle issue was under warranty. Please bring back the free car wash after service. Overall I am happy with the service. Hat tip to Kerby.

Great service advisors. The team does try to communicate well and keep the customers well informed about the status of their service. Unfortunately, they don't wash your car after servicing your vehicle anymore. That was a nice service. Often, the vehicles are left outside and come back dirtier. They really should keep that standard practice. It's nice to have shiny, clean Fords driving off the lot.
