No customer service at all After waiting to be attended for 10 minutes, not once did I receive any kind of acknowledgement from the people behind the counter. The store was not jambed with customers. It was only 2 other customers and myself! It is understandable that they are working with other customers but to totally ignore a paying customer is ridiculous.
great customer service newbies. pros. kid with a cam. they serve everyone and they are all very friendly. their selection from cameras, batteries, accessories, etc is more than enough. their knowledge and suggestions are more helpful than intrusive. prices are competitive and did i say that 100% customer satisfaction is their cup of tea? check it out. better than any of your 24 hour drugstore photo shop. i sure hope they are open 24/7. but that's too much to ask.
ye olde camera shoppe tuttle has been around for a while. they sell some harder to find films, send film out for processing if requested, and sell equipment. They don't always have the lowest prices but maybe you can work something out. You can take classes here as well if you can find one to fit your needs.
