Let me preface, I'm upset im even writing this. Monday aug 10th, called up because my battery light came on while driving already knew it was the alternator that they put in a few months ago. I said "im going to get a rental then I'll be up there an drop it off" he replied "I probably wouldn't do all that just come up here" In my mind I assumed I was wrong it must be a simple fix. Worst experience I have ever had!!! Took my car here twice to get it fixed and both times didn't even make it 2 minutes down the road just to find out it wasn't fixed after they said it was fine. I took it to another shop just to find out the spark plugs were never changed in the first place after I paid them to do the job. One of the spark plugs had no porcelain on it and could have potentially burnt my vehicle to the ground.
