My washer was too far gone for them to help. However, the guy was very nice and he gave advice on a replacement washer. You know how sometimes you're sorry you had a particular person with a particular feel in your house? This was the opposite, I got a feeling of confidence and if my new washer needs help one day, I will contact them.
I have used Tuttle Appliance Repair twice. Once for a dishwasher and once for my Sub-zero fridge. Both times the service was timely and on time. Friendly, professional. Most of all they easily identified the problems and provided a quality repair. I liked that they sent their "Sub-zero specialist" for the most recent job. He arrived with all needed parts on hand in his truck. No need to wait for ordered parts. Highly recommended.
Our ignitor switch broke on our twelve year old Maytag oven. We called the original supplier of our oven and they gave us the name of Tuttle Appliance Repair as a potential repair option. We called them on a Friday and gave them the model number of the oven. An appointment was made for the following monday, and right on schedule the repair man came with the replacement part in hand. In one half hour the new part was installed and the oven has never worked better. Wow!
