The store clerk who later identified herself as the owner (she is actually franchisee) refused my loyalty card points. My spouse and I have frequented the store for a couple of yrs b/c we live in the neighborhood. Once again, I had accumulated 10 points and went to redeem for a free 10oz ygrt.
