They only had 4 flavors available, and the customer service was not that great. Also the place looked like someone had trashed it, it did not look sanitary at all.
I've been here a few times and each time my experience is worse than the last.. they went from having a pretty decent selection to choose from to having 4 flavors and only 3 were operational and they only had like 5 toppings
This place is just sad. We’ve never been to Tutti Frutti before so this was a BAD representation. It actually felt like a bootleg, independent version of a fro yo place. The signage seemed homemade and outdated. It was dark and dingy inside and only 5 flavors were available. There was a middle console with no toppings and very limited options and amounts at the main counter.
