tried out for the first time, but service didnt add up and was far from satisfactory! 1- my item selection included toast. since I'm gluten free, I had asked the server for an alternate to the toast and he plain out refused that there were no options for a substitute. I confirmed the order with the toasts but never received them! 2- my kid had ordered the banana choco crepe and it arrived as a tiny pancake (main menu, not kids menu). Didn't receive toast with my order, despite 2 separate people telling me it was on its way. They messed up my son's order and put it in as crepes instead of pancakes. My poached eggs were over cooked. Staff was friendly, but definite lack of follow up after being served the food (didn't see anybody after being told they were getting the toast until the end of the meal). What an absolute terrible place. Avoid at all cost. Store is understaffed, to start. Second, our orders of basic eggs and toast took 35 minutes to come out, incorrectly and missing several items. The second time they brought the items back out, there was a hair in my food. The meals looked like they were cooked by someone in college who just started making eggs. I'd like to specify that the waiters are really nice and have been left on their own to manage a horrible place.
