Only gave this 1 star because google makes you. Wish there was an option for 0 stars!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner is a shady, disgusting pos. If you look him up on Maryland Judiciary, your computer might shut down because of how many cases he has. Is that who you want to give your money to??? Not me and you shouldn't either!!! Didn't realize who he was when we went. But even so, when we got our ice cream home there were little hairs on the bananas. Barf!
After being closed a short time, and now under new ownership tutti frutti is as good as always. Rotating flavors, good selection of toppings. The cashier mentioned a bakery addition coming soon. A staple near the university.
