We have been a customer for over 20 years and would not use anyone else! Jim provides a great service and is very dependable, handles our home like he would his own, and always reasonably priced. Highly recommended by our family.
I have used many cleaning services for my home and carpet. Jim has absolutely been the best. I think the difference has been - he's the owner, the same owner for over 26 years. He takes pride in everything he does. And I found out that even though Jim seems so humble about his business - he is quite busy with huge commercial accounts as well. I would recommend Tuthill's Quick Dry over any other service. Carpet is always clean and bright, and dry within an hour. Thanks Jim.
Absolutely amazing work! Jim is a super great guy and does a very good job. Very up front about prices, quick to respond to emails. My couch probably hasn't looked as good as it does now since it was purchased.
One word to describe his work, AMAZING! Jim came 10 min early 7:50am, went over the areas that needed to be cleaned...needless to say, he ended up doing my entire house. I live in a 4 story split. It took him 2 1/2 hours to do the entire house...with a little talking in between. He is a very nice and humble man. Although my carpet was not disgusting, it looks brand new! Maybe I just didn't know what to expect, but the person just cleaned our sofa with a spray bottle and towel. (Previous two times we had a wet vacuum cleaned so I assumed this would be the case as well, i didn't even to asking about the process.). He charged us more than what we paid for that wet vacuum cleaner and did worst of the job. To be honest if I had known that this is how it is going to be cleaned I would have done that myself and saved hundred dollars. I did not see much of a difference between before and after.
