I have to rebuild my resin pump about every three years. I get mad at the customers service every time. I pay an extra $100 pr else its 7 to 10 day dalivery. And that only gets 2 to 3 day turnaround. They wont sell direct so I have to go thru a middleman who never gives good service. If I get the parts incorrect its a 50 percent restocking fee. I gave the dealer the part numberes and yhe pump number I got off the website. He didnt take the time to see ifi had them right. The time before they hit me with a $400 minimum order.

This is a horrible place to work at! I don't see this place lasting more than a year.
only a year warranty from manf. date well this NAPA store won't sell another one. I don't use my pump to often but expect it to work when I need it. after putting $140.00 worth of fuel in my tank only to have hand pump it now. Next pump will be a GPI that is fully rebuild-able.
