Absolutely terrible, Impatient with the elderly, receptionists barely wants to talk or answer questions. Everyone is miserable with their job and it’s obvious. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to have patients wait for an additional hour and some change after their appointment time. I signed in, waited to be called, paid my copay for them to magically realize they did not accept my insurance because “insurance companies change their guidelines all the time”…..(whatever that means).
