Absolutely terrible, Impatient with the elderly, receptionists barely wants to talk or answer questions. Everyone is miserable with their job and it’s obvious. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re going to have patients wait for an additional hour and some change after their appointment time. I signed in, waited to be called, paid my copay for them to magically realize they did not accept my insurance because “insurance companies change their guidelines all the time”…..(whatever that means). I have been a patient at this optometrist's office for several years, but my recent experience was disappointing. The receptionist's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question, she abruptly hung up the phone instead of providing assistance. A more professional approach would have been to politely inform me if she didn't have the answer and assure me she would follow up. Went in for an annual eye exam and confirmed with the office there would be no co-pay beforehand. Was charged a co-pay because I asked one question about dry eyes and it became categorized as an office visit. Highway robbery!
