My mother came with my baby niece and had the appointment at 1:50pm 09/13/25. They made her wait over an hour after and they called her up and requested proof of guardianship. My mother showed that to the front desk, and they said no because that’s not enough proof and insisted my nieces mom be present (she has no custody of my niece at the moment) that means the mom can’t be there present.
