Great place for urgent needs. The staff is friendly and the office is super clean and nice.

I received great care and service as a vet from both the front office staff and the attending doctor. The care was fast and smooth.
I have been to several Xpress locations. I don't like that l can address only one issue per visit, making it necessary to pay for uber two guys in a row. They tell me my insurance makes that a protocol, but my insurance says not.
I had not eaten in 3 days, I had been running a fever since the night before I went in to Xpress care, I paid 215.00 for a mouth and nose swab and was told I had a virus and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. The next day I ended up in the hospital because my fever was even worse, ended up having a severe uti that was going septic, after 12 hours in the high and a battery of test I was given IV’s, potassium, magnesium, pain meds, anti nausea meds, antibiotics and more.
