ATTENTION: REGARDING PAYMENTS AND COPAYS. As a healthcare professional myself, I was not exactly thrilled with the service received at this location. There was only one person checking you in at the front and the same person running to the back to take your information and vital signs. The doctor herself was friendly and knowledgeable. So I have no complaints there. The biggest concern is the billing process and fees charged. I presented my insurance card knowing that all urgent care copays were $35 . The clinic was really clean. and the staff where great. The doctor was really attentive of me. Went in for a ankle sprain. The doctor was very gentle and had a lot of knowledge. Would definitely recommend this urgent care.
