I know whoto callg if something has to be cleaned again.The technicians were professional,thorough,h and very experienced. He was able to answer all of my question and /concerns and did a great job. Fantastic service! I contacted them after another cleaning firm informed me that my air duct system contained mold. They did a fantastic job of meticulously and completely cleaning the entire system. They were very thorough and provided thorough explanations. I haven't had this kind of service from a vendor in quite some time. Our wonderful old yellow lab left us for canine heaven, leaving our carpets in need of a professional deep clean. A deeper clean was achieved by Tustin Upholstery Cleaning than by any other business we've previously employed. It dried more slowly than anticipated (2 full days with the heater and several fans running), but the wait was worthwhile. Even the stains/spots vanish!

As he had promised, Tustin Upholstery Cleaning contacted us 30 minutes before the appointment, showed up on time, and completed the job thoroughly. He even fixed the old duct that I had requested, and he did it for a pittance. I heartily endorse this company.

I will without a doubt tell others about the excellent service and how they handled same-day appointments late into the afternoon. My dryer ducting had a special issue, but it was fixed without requiring extensive ductwork repairs. The guy finished the task well after service hours and was prompt, courteous, and professional throughout. well done on Upholstery cleaning in Tustin.
