This place is very bad. Do not go there. They rip you off. My son's Toyota had dead animal smell and he took it to this place. They did not give any quote and removed the dead rat and charged $500.00. This is not the first experience but in the past, they take your car for the service and dont tell you how much will it cost and after fixing, outrageously charge very high amount. Even though life has been depressing, seeing and hearing pain and suffering almost everywhere around, I have to admit gratefully, that life happened perfectly, from my sudden decision to contact Tustin Toyota, last evening. Came in for an oil change and was presented with plenty of “suggestions” for needed maintenance. After checking the Toyota maintenance manual noticed none of the suggestion were actually needed specially given the low mileage of my car. Wont be returning.
These guys left the bump stocks on the front suspension of my GR Corolla and told me to come in at 7:00AM the next day since they don’t take cars after 4:30PM. Then they say it’ll take 2-3 hours because the technicians arrive around 8:00AM. I ask what’s the point of coming at 7:00AM then, and the technician says it’s so you can be the first to get serviced. So they’re closed on Sundays, don’t take cars after 4:30PM, and a 5 minute job takes 2-3 hours if I arrive at 7 because the technicians arrive at 8. How am I supposed to ... read more
