Israel Gambino went above and beyond. Exceptional service, extremely nice, clear and communicative. I’ve been servicing at Tustin Toyota since I purchased my RAV4 here and have had nothing but great appts.
Came in for a recall and they didn’t connect my air duct intake and let me drive away like that. Extremely rude management. Took all my business to Toyota of Orange. Good riddance.
