Online ordering was great with 10-20% discounts. Online parts department employees were helpful. By accident, I parked in the service department area and had difficulties in getting out. There were a couple of service mechanics not very kind.
Great parts center! Definitely recommend! There are some very helpful guys there! Alfredo Orozco helped me out with some parts that I ordered for my Toyota Rav4. I let him know about the OEM windshield wiper blades I was looking for and he actually went out of his to go to the online orders department warehouse in a completely different building to get me what I was looking for despite that department already being closed for the day! Very knowledgeable also! Will be happy to come back to get help from Alfredo in the future!

I recently contacted the Tustin Toyota Parts Department because I was looking for a metal oil filter cap to replace the plastic OEM one on my vehicle. The representative told me they do not make metal versions and only sell the plastic OEM cap. I explained that I had found a metal cap listed through Toyota online and even provided the specific part number. He responded that the part only fit models up to 2018.
