I love this dentist office. Right from the beginning I felt comfortable there. Sara up at the front is amazing as well as Cody and the rest of the staff. The doctor is awesome as well. Overall a great experience and comfort as well. Two thumbs up!
I came here with high expectations given the reviews and left with total disappointment. 35 mins of taking x-ray images and pictures, 10mins of Dr.’s time to suggest I need to crown almost all my fillings and 30mins of sitting, waiting for the hygienist to say we don’t have time to do your cleaning. I had allocated 90 mins for this visit, which should be enough to get general examination and cleaning done.
Cody, Priscilla, and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. They were so kind and caring, especially with my kids and I really appreciate that so much!! They made it so welcoming and supportive to us!!
I had my first visit today at Tustin Smiles and I had a great experience. From the start the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Cody and Juan made me feel welcome and were very patient answering my million questions. Cody never made me feel like I was taking up his time. He made sure I was good and comfortable before moving on. The doctor was kind and patient explaining the procedure. Overall the whole office were amazing throughout the whole process. Thank you Tustin Smiles and look forward to seeing next week.
This has been the best experience I’ve had with a dentist! No judgement and super friendly staff :) We went over my insurance coverage extensively, and they were able to give me a payment plan with no affect to my credit. I recommend!
