Tustin Ranch Drycleaners LOST expensive Trousers Refusing to Reimburse Tustin Ranch returned my dry cleaning with trousers that didn't belong to me. I returned them and after almost 3 months of going there and trying to get the management to respond, I was told that the numbers matched so therefore they would do nothing. Since they are the ones who put the numbers on the garments, that is obviously where they went wrong. I will never go there again. Very Convenient Location & Hours I drove by on a Saturday just after 8am and was surprised that it was already open! Most places don't open till 9 on Saturdays, and very few are open Sundays. Their hours are... 7am-7pm on weekdays 8am-6pm on Saturday 10am-4pm on Sundays These are long and rather convenient hours for working folks like me!
A little expensive Staff is friendly and to their credit they have never lost or damaged any of my items. Although I think it is extremly expensive it is very convenient to shopping and other eating establishments... PROS: Location CONS: Expensive
Yikes! I tried this place once. The staff was friendly but not very helpful. When I asked what the bill would be, she said I could call the next day to find out. That should have been my clue. When I went to pick up my items, I was shocked...the bill was significantly higher than what I paid at my previous cleaners. Haven't been back since.
