I had my whitening and Botox done with Dr. Ha and Ariana, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Dr. Ha took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable before getting started. Ariana was so kind and checked on me throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience even better. My teeth look brighter, and the Botox came out exactly how I was hoping. I definitely recommend them if you’re thinking about either treatment!
I highly recommend looking elsewhere for dental care. This office has refused to provide me with copies of my own X-rays and periodontal exams—medical information that I paid for. When my insurance company requested the records for a claim, the office claimed they sent them, but they never did. Even after filing a formal grievance with my insurance, the office continues to stonewall and fail to cooperate. I had a great experience at Tustin Plaza Dental of Orange! My cleaning was thorough, gentle. I left feeling confident and clean. Everyone in the office was so welcoming and professional. The entire visit comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to my dental hygienist, Beanne, who was absolutely wonderful!!!
