If you value your time, I would avoid Tustin Mazda (and look into Tuttle Click Mazda that guarantees 1 hr oil change). I made a 12:45 pm appointment for a simple oil change, and because I respected Tustin Mazda's time, showed up a few minutes early. The service advisor checked me at 12:50. I was advised that it will take 1.5 hours for a simple oil change. When I didn't hear anything at 2 pm, I asked for an update. My final checkout according to my receipt is 2:40 pm, but I did not finish paying until well after 3pm. Total ti... read more
