Overall great experience at Tustin Mazda Service Center. I called last Friday because I had an urgent repair with my car not fully shutting off. I am so lucky I got Dylan on the phone who told me to bring it over and made sure I could also get a courtesy vehicle which I really needed while I was down a car. Dylan was helpful in explaining the service I may need and provided me with consistent updates to throughout the whole process. Got the dreaded check engine light on a road trip, driving through the middle of the dessert at night. My local dealership directed me here. They got me in immediately, even though they were booked out a week. Then they fixed the problems 3 days faster than promised! Josh, you are AWESOME!
