I took my Lexus ES300H to this service three day ago with the pop in rear parking sensor problem, after waiting 2 hours for checking with computer they told me they will fix it with estimate park and labor around $1200. I denied the quote, drover with the problem for two day then this morning I took it to a family’s run auto shop, you know what the sensor fixed with $80 . WHAT A DISHONEST BUSINESS,. I'm really disappointed with my recent service experience here on 1/13. I purchased my SUV from Tustin dealership a few years ago and was excited to come back, but this visit left a lot to be desired. I've never waited this long for routine maintenance at a Lexus dealership. When I dropped off my car, the manager initially told me it would take 1-2 hours. It ended up taking 2 hours and 45 minutes. This dealership promise me a new Lexus gx550 truck and told me I was first on the list for it to come in,so now I’m getting a text saying the truck is sold to another person because they are willing to pay 10k over market price so they kick me to the curb,so be very careful with this dealership,can’t trust them.Look at other Lexus dealership
I have had so many different cars and service is always terrible to deal with this is the very first time I am just speechless from the amazing amount of customer service I received from Joeseph ! I wish all service reps were like him ! Heck I wish I could buy my next car from him he is so kind and caring and makes you feel like he actually cares he is just phenomenal !
