I'm really disappointed with my recent service experience here on 1/13. I purchased my SUV from Tustin dealership a few years ago and was excited to come back, but this visit left a lot to be desired. I've never waited this long for routine maintenance at a Lexus dealership. When I dropped off my car, the manager initially told me it would take 1-2 hours. It ended up taking 2 hours and 45 minutes. This dealership promise me a new Lexus gx550 truck and told me I was first on the list for it to come in,so now I’m getting a text saying the truck is sold to another person because they are willing to pay 10k over market price so they kick me to the curb,so be very careful with this dealership,can’t trust them.Look at other Lexus dealership
I have had so many different cars and service is always terrible to deal with this is the very first time I am just speechless from the amazing amount of customer service I received from Joeseph ! I wish all service reps were like him ! Heck I wish I could buy my next car from him he is so kind and caring and makes you feel like he actually cares he is just phenomenal !
It's Lexus, baby. First class from arrival and until departure
Been coming here since my local shop had been messing up on my vehicle. I worked primarily with Alex Velasquez and he's been very courteous and professional. He worked with my availability and provided options and solutions. On our conversations, he also remembers details that were and weren't related to the repair. This makes it a lot more personable and I will be coming back for in the future
