I been customer at this dealer for few years I take all my vehicles there . Today 6/25/2026 I took my RX350 for oil change my adviser Jorge wasn’t following up with me about the service I had to keep ask him but he answered all my questions friendly . The service time was good took only an hour and half . The reason for 3 stars after service whoever parked my car reverse hit the bottom rear bumper on the curb when I drove my car out I heard sound something scratched I though I drove over something so I didn’t pay attention w... read more
