Been coming here since my local shop had been messing up on my vehicle. I worked primarily with Alex Velasquez and he's been very courteous and professional. He worked with my availability and provided options and solutions. On our conversations, he also remembers details that were and weren't related to the repair. This makes it a lot more personable and I will be coming back for in the future
What a great experience! Found some damage on a new Lexus that was purchased from another dealership. The other dealership didn't offer me let's just say the same type of help that Tustin Lexus offered. Long story short Bernie at the parts counter took such good care of us and we are up and running. The entire process was so smooth and so easy. Knowing that the damage I found on the car wasn't really my fault this dealership gave me a discount and for that I was super thankful. Came in for a scheduled appointment to do a simple oil change. I decided to wait at their service center. I waited for 3 hours and no updates. I walked up to the service advisor office to ask. He then started to work on my paperwork. Apparently my car was ready a long time ago, and he never let me know! 😒 I would never come back here again. Such a waste of my whole morning for a simple oil change. Please go get your oil change somewhere else.

I recently visited the Lexus Service Center in Tustin for the first time and was thoroughly impressed! My service advisor was Daniel Kim and he was exceptional. He was very thorough and detailed in describing their process, the issues with my vehicle, offering a loaner (without me even asking!), answering all of my questions, and trying his best to get me competitive pricing.
