Jazzercise is the best exercise you can get! It combines warm up, dancing , aerobics, weight training, and stretching and they play the best music! The teachers are all amazing instructors and the moves are choreographed ahead of time to ensure the best possible workout. A one hour class goes by so fast because it is so fun.
Love the crew and all the great friends I've made here! You get a total workout, stretching, arobics, weights and strength and just lots of fun dancing to the upbeat music. If everyone danced, what a much happier world we would live in! Best decision I ever made made joining this group!
Jazzercise is such a fun and energizing workout! The classes combine cardio, strength training, and great music, so it never feels boring. The instructors are motivating, welcoming, and make it easy for all fitness levels to join in. I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and full of energy. It’s a great workout and a wonderful community—I highly recommend it! Try it, cause you are going to love it!
Tustin/Irvine Jazzercise is my home away from home. My happy place that offers a supportive and encouraging environment to get the best workout there is. I love that I can go at my own pace and not feel intimidated. If you are looking for a fun, party like environment to get a full body workout this is the place you need to be! Our instructors are the BEST!!!!
I have been Jazzercising with the Tustin/Irvine jazzercise crew since 2018. It has been life changing for me. Never have I been able to stick with an exercise program for so long. I felt welcome from the start and now I feel like I have a new family. I love all the different types of classes that are offered and always feel like I get a great workout, no matter what format is being offered.
