Oil change took 2 and a half hours.
I originally took my Sonata to a dealership closer to home to have it checked out. They said that my car was no longer under warranty since it was a used car. I thought that I had purchased an additional warranty, but wasn't sure. The first dealership said that they didn't see anything in the system for any warranty. I had an excellent experience with the Tustin Hyundai service department, especially thanks to my service advisor, Bryan. My EV hit a large rock on the freeway, which damaged the rims and caused the steering wheel to become misaligned. I dropped the car off on Friday around lunchtime, and by the next morning everything was already repaired and ready to go. Promised 5000 oil changes when buying Sonata. Not honored by service dept. toward the end, saying it’s 7500 oil changes. Get it in writing. Also the last service took twice as long. Will not go again.
